Discover The Lists That Save You Time
Practical guidance for getting the most out of your SAP Business One system.
People tend to develop work habits based on their roles and regular tasks. However, interruptions from calls or messages often derail focus, making it difficult to remember what was being done previously. To address this challenge, the Web client for SAP Business One introduces two helpful features: Recent Activity and Frequently Used lists.
Recent Activity and Frequently Used
These lists are automatically generated to help users quickly locate frequently accessed functions and return to recent work without losing time searching through menus.
- Recent Activity functions as browsing history within the Web client, showing document numbers, business partner codes, item codes, and list view names
- Frequently Used collects the most frequently accessed apps and records during a specific period, serving as a personal favorites list
- Selecting an entry opens the corresponding record or application immediately
Managing Your Lists
Users can disable these features through the User Activities section in the Settings window. To clear both lists entirely, click the 'Clear' button. This gives users full control over their activity tracking while benefiting from the productivity gains these lists provide.
